Welcome to Life Tree Pharmacy, where it is our mission to provide the most accurate, timely, and professional pharmacy care, while focusing on the patient and supporting their needs with integrity, dedication, and compassion. We have a comprehensive infrastructure with the ability to provide the personal attention of a family pharmacy.
Life Tree Pharmacy was founded in 2005 in Collegeville, PA approximately an hour northwest of Philadelphia. Life Tree currently serves patients in multiple states from four locations; Collegeville, Sharon Hill, and Coraopolis, PA and Broussard, LA.
Life Tree offers multiple packaging solutions to accommodate the unique needs of the diverse populations and customers that we serve. These packaging options, along with our technology and logistics infrastructure, allow Life Tree to customize a pharmacy service provisions plan for a broad spectrum of customers such as:
